NHFLEX-A TYPE Flanged Single Ball Flexible Rubber Expansion Joints/Shock Absorber/Noise Absorber/Vibration Dumper
Rubber joint features:
Small size, light weight, good elasticity, easy installation and maintenance
Rubber joints consist of an inner rubber layer, outer rubber layer, fabric reinforcement layers, and a sliding sleeve. After vulcanization, they are assembled with metal flanges or loose-fitting sleeves for parallel joints. Primarily used in piping systems subject to significant vibration and frequent thermal expansion/contraction, they absorb vibrations generated by pump operation, thereby reducing noise and preventing bolt loosening. Hence, they are also referred to as shock absorbers or vibration dampers.
When working, it can reduce the noise transmitted by the structure, with strong shock-absorbing ability. Rubber joints have good comprehensive performance and are widely used in marine industry, chemical industry, construction, plumbing, fire fighting, electric power and other basic projects.
