1. Product Overview

    The Flanged Pipeline Expansion Joint NBR Rubber Compensator is a flexible pipeline component designed to absorb movement, vibration, and noise in piping systems. It protects pipelines and connected equipment from stress caused by thermal expansion, pressure variation, and mechanical misalignment.

Made from NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), the compensator offers:

   The rated pressure can be above 2.5MPa, but products will only be sold with control units.
   Pressure rating is based on 30ºC operating temperature. The pressure rating is reduced at higher temperatures.
   Rated pressure in the above table is the maximum "working pressure". Test pressure is 1.5 times "working pressure", Burst pressure is 4 times "work pressure".
